After a 33-year career in Thermal Analysis Service Support and Training, I left PerkinElmer expecting to semi-retire. In 2004 I founded Thermal Support specializing in service support of non-current thermal analyzers and business simply took off. Within a couple of years, we began transitioning to DSC sample pans, TGA and TG/DTA sample pans and Thermal Analysis Consumables. The rest is history.
