Our standard shipping provider is FedEx. However, we can also use your FedEx, UPS, or DHL account number for orders handled outside of the website.
Note: The shipping cut-off time for FedEx EXPRESS shipments is 1 PM EST. Orders placed after this time will be processed on a best-effort basis.

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing all ground shipments.

- We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
- Pack the item securely and attach the return label.
- Drop off the package at the nearest shipping location.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
