- This product is NOT A DIRECT REPLACEMENT for the TA 900786.901 & 900779.901 pan and pan style cover – it is a larger volume alternative. *Due to the larger volume and slight diameter difference, this pan was not designed to work perfectly in the TA sample press. Many customers do use these in a press (and they work perfectly in the PerkinElmer standard press) but these were designed as “Self-Crimping”.

6.7mm size and a 1.7mm wall height, we made these with tight tolerances or no crimper is required, simply press fit the cover 5316500.2 and it will form around the sample.
Clean for DSC Product
We manufacture our own products in the USA and as the original manufacturer we are directly involved in the lubricants used in the manufacturing process, the solvent and method used in cleaning our products. After having all new products successfully passing independent testing for several years, we now do high speed DSC runs (greater sensitivity) on all new incoming Lots.
Each sample pan and cover has an operating range of -170° to 600 °C, a volume (µL) 40 and an ambient max pressure. These can be used with nonvolatile solid samples, such as plastics and polymers, and are routinely used for applications such as polymer melting, crystallization, glass transitions of polymers, thermoplastics, and thermosets.
